Please read before your appointment.
A 15% deposit is required at time of booking for all treatment appointments. This deposit is deducted from your total treatment cost on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
No deposit is required to book a consultation. Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time.
Paramedical treatment appointments may require a deposit — this will be communicated at the time of booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible on 0450 035 798.
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent treatments at or before your appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the outcome of your treatment and could result in the appointment being cancelled.
Certain conditions and medications are contraindicated for some treatments. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.
Before-and-after photographs are taken at all appointments for clinical record-keeping. Written consent is obtained before any images are used in marketing, on social media, or on this website. You may decline the use of your images at any time.
All cosmetic tattooing prices at SEPEMA include an initial session and one touch-up appointment. The touch-up is assessed at 4–6 weeks once the treatment has fully healed. Additional sessions beyond the included touch-up are priced separately.
Cosmetic and paramedical tattooing results vary between individuals. SEPEMA does not guarantee specific outcomes. Honest expectations are set at every consultation.
Due to the clinical nature of the environment, children are not permitted in the treatment room during appointments. Please make alternative arrangements for childcare prior to your visit. One support person may accompany clients for paramedical treatments — please advise us in advance.
SEPEMA collects and stores client information in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. Your personal information is used only for the purposes of providing treatment, communicating with you about your appointments, and (with your consent) marketing communications. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
