Stretch marks develop when the dermis is stretched rapidly, causing collagen and elastin fibres to rupture. Restorative needling creates controlled micro-channels in the dermal layer using a tattoo machine — triggering the body's wound-healing cascade to produce fresh collagen from within.
This is more intensive than standard microneedling or skin rejuvenation. No topical anaesthetic is used — healthy blood flow to the area is essential to the healing response that makes this treatment effective.

The realistic outcome is a meaningful reduction in visibility and texture — not complete erasure. White or silver marks may not return to exactly the surrounding skin tone, but the textural difference and visibility can be substantially reduced.
Results build progressively — this is not an overnight treatment. Most clients notice improvements from around 2 weeks, with the most significant changes emerging between weeks 4–12 after each session as collagen remodels.
